Julie, the head honcho: "We need to say yes to customers this holiday season! 'Yes, I can use that expired coupon; yes, I can waive that shipping fee for you."
Aaron: "Yes, you can take that, no one's looking."
Julie: "What time is it?"
Aaron, wanting to leave: "11:30." (4 hours later than it really was - ha!)
